Data Deletion Instructions

 

How to Request Data Deletion

We respect your privacy and provide an easy way for you to request the deletion of your data from our system. If you would like to opt out and remove your data, follow the steps below:

 

Request Data Deletion via Email

1. Send an email to marti@martimart.com with the subject: "Request for Data Deletion".

2. Include the following details in your email:

   - Your Facebook User ID (PSID)

   - Your name (optional)

   - Any additional information to help us locate your data

3. Our team will process your request and delete your data within 48 hours.

4. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

Once we process your request, we will permanently delete:

- Your chat history with our bot

- Any stored preferences or settings

- Any associated user data collected by our service
