2. Marti’s Role
Marti facilitates shopping by enabling users to place orders with third-party retailers. Marti does not sell products directly but acts as an intermediary to streamline your shopping experience.
3. User Accounts
- You may need to create an account to use Marti.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4. Orders and Payments
- Orders placed through Marti are fulfilled by third-party retailers.
- Prices, availability, and delivery times are subject to change and are managed by our partners.
- Payments are processed via third-party payment providers. Marti is not responsible for payment processing errors or security breaches.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation policies vary based on the retailer’s terms.
- Refunds and returns are subject to the policies of the store from which you ordered.
- If you encounter an issue with your order, Marti will assist in facilitating resolution with the retailer.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use Marti for unlawful or fraudulent activities.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
- Interfere with the app’s functionality or security.
- Attempt to access non-public areas of the app.
7. Privacy
Marti collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using Marti, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in that policy.

- Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel, unless otherwise required by law.
