Instructions for Data Removal

How to Request Data Deletion

We respect your privacy. If you would like to opt out and remove your data, follow the steps below:

Request via Email

1. Send an email to marti@martimart.com with the subject: "Request for Data Deletion".
2. Include:
   • Your Facebook User ID (PSID)
   • Your name (optional)
   • Any additional info to help us locate your data
3. We will process your request within 48 hours.
4. You will receive a confirmation email.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

• Chat history with our bot
• Stored preferences or settings
• Associated user data

Note: Once deleted, data cannot be recovered. You will need to start fresh as a new user.
